In this EPIC video I’m going to give you meal ideas for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Each meal will be 500 calories, healthy, nutritious, high in protein, satisfying, good for building muscle and losing fat.

Breakfast (Oatmeal of Tasty GAINS!)
– Oats (60g)
– Peanut Butter (20g)
– MyProtein Whey – 25g (1 scoop)
– Raisins (15g)

Lunch (FASTEST Scrambled Egg!)
– Medium Egg (8)
Salt, Pepper & Tomato Ketchup

Dinner (Simple But ANABOLIC Beefy Pasta!)
– Beef Lean Steak Mince Tesco 5% Fat (200g)
– Whole Wheat Fusilli – Dry (75g)
Seasoning for Beef
