Only 200 Calories! Yummy Filling Breakfast Idea! :) Low Calorie Meal for One Series :)

Banana Dream:

100 Calories = 1 medium banana
80 Calories = 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese ( Light and Lively brand or Aldi brand)
20 Calories = 1 teaspoon Agave syrup or honey or maple syrup
Only 200 Calories Total!! 🙂 Yippee!!!

Tip: Heat it in the microwave for 30-45 seconds for a warm treat on a winter day 🙂

I eat about 1500 calories per day and work out 4 times per week for one hour and am able to lose weight by eating real food, the recipes are very quick and easy for our busy life styles and I still have room for chocolate and cookies admittedly everyday 🙂 I have lost 10 pounds in 2 months.

This is not a diet but living sensibly without deprivation. I have not given up any food group 🙂 I eat proteins, carbs and fats and enjoy them all 🙂 Life has to be fulfilling, and enjoyable and satisfying and so does what I eat 🙂 I am not starving or drinking shakes or only juicing or only eating raw foods.
